- 4 Bring the completed form and your supporting documents in person to: Ministry of Physical Infrastructure — Land Commission, Abyei Town.
This form cannot be submitted online — South Sudanese civil administrative processes currently require an in-person visit for identity verification and original-document review.
What You'll Need
- Completed application form (download below)
- Site plan or sketch of the proposed structure
- Proof of land ownership or allocation
- Applicant's national ID
An inspector from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure will visit the proposed site before a permit is issued. Construction started before permit approval may be subject to a stop-work order.
