How This Works

  3. 3 Print and fill it out completely by hand.
  4. 4 Bring the completed form and your supporting documents in person to: Office of the Chief Administrator, Abyei Town.

This form cannot be submitted online — South Sudanese civil administrative processes currently require an in-person visit for identity verification and original-document review.
