- 3 Print and fill it out completely by hand.
- 4 Bring the completed form and your supporting documents in person to: Ministry of Physical Infrastructure — Land Commission, Abyei Town.
This form cannot be submitted online — South Sudanese civil administrative processes currently require an in-person visit for identity verification and original-document review.

- Applicant's national ID
- Letter of recommendation from local chief or boma leadership
- Purpose of use statement (residential, agricultural, or commercial)
Requests are reviewed by the Land Commission in coordination with the relevant chiefdom, since most land allocation decisions require consultation with traditional leadership.
