How This Works

  4. 4 Bring the completed form and your supporting documents in person to: Ministry of Physical Infrastructure — Land Commission, Abyei Town.

This form cannot be submitted online — South Sudanese civil administrative processes currently require an in-person visit for identity verification and original-document review.

Disputes are typically first referred to mediation involving the relevant chiefdom before proceeding to formal administrative review.
